Our hot authentic Italian sausage comes with a spicy twist. It's perfect for those who love a little heat!  This zesty blend is perfect for any sandwich, as a pizza topping, with pasta, or in your favorite soups and sauces. 

Cooking:
In a Skillet:

Preheat skillet over medium high flame. Flip sausage every few minutes until brown, making sure the sausage is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees.                                       

Conventional Oven:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sausage in a pan and cook for about 40 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature is 160 degrees before removing from oven  For recipes, click here.
