Sausage Antipasto ‘Venetian Style’

2 Dominic’s of New York® Junior Sausage (mild)
2 Dominic’s of New York® Junior Sausage (hot)
8 oz. can Black Olives
8 oz. can Green Olives
4 Plum Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
8 oz. Sharp Provolone Cheese
8 oz. Italian Dressing
Grill sausage until brown, set aside. Cut plum tomatoes in 6 wedges each. Slice onions into ½ inch squares. Cut Provolone cheese into ¾ inch cubes. Slice sausage from top to bottom ½ inch thick.
Open and drain black olives and green olives. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Add Italian dressing and mix together. Serve immediately. |
