Rigatoni Sorrentino with Grilled Italian Sausage

4 Dominic’s of New York® Authentic Italian Sausage
1 lb. Rigatoni Pasta, cooked to al dente
3 tbs. Olive Oil
4 gloves fresh chopped Garlic
4 cups fresh Tomato Sauce
2 cups Half and Half
1 oz. fresh chopped Basil
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
In sauté pan, brown 4 sausages. Remove sausage from pan, cut on bias and set aside. In saucepan add olive oil and chopped garlic. Once garlic is brown, add fresh tomato sauce and half and half. Once sauce begins to simmer add fresh basil. Return sausage to sauce and add half of Parmesan cheese. Add Rigatoni to sauce and let simmer until pasta is hot. Serve on a plate and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
