Cooking:
Cook Time: 2-3 minutes

-Best Cooked from Frozen State
-Place on heated flat grill or Pan for 1 minute
-Flip over, add seasoning if desired, break apart about 3 or 4 times, cook about 1 more minute (do not break apart too much or you will dry out the steak)
-add cheese, onions or whatever you desire
-Place on Bread
