Our Mexican Style Chorizo is the newest of our sausages. It is the HOT one. Since it's introduction, it has truly become a favorite with our customers who like extra kick to every bite. Great for Pizza, Hoagies, in Chili, soups, with rice and beans or any recipe that calls for sausage.

 

Cooking:

Heat Time: 10-15 minutes

-Best Heated from Thawed State
-Place on heated flat grill, Pan, Oven 350, gas grill, bbq grill for 5-8 minutes
-Turn over, cook another 5-8 minutes – should be 180 in center
-if a sandwich, place on bread with your favorite toppings like onions and peppers or add to any recipe.
