Pierre has over twenty years of experience in food service preparation, from supervising and instructing food preparation, to sanitation and inventory control from his years of service with the US Army. In addition to his years of experience in the food service business, he is a highly decorated retired Chief Warrant Officer 3. His many awards and decorations include a Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, Armed Forces Medal, Overseas Ribbon, Korean Defense Medal, and MFO Medal. While serving in active duty with the Military, Pierre earned a BA in Business and Management.

Pierre joined Fiabella Foods in 2006 immediately following his retirement from the Army. He was promoted to Director of Military Sales in 2007.
