Diane Felico had a traditional upbringing in an era when opportunities for women were somewhat limited, and work outside the home was generally a part-time affair. Her entrepreneurial spirit prompted her to look outside the boundaries of her Brooklyn neighborhood toward a degree in marketing. 

Diane worked in the marketing and product-developing department of a regional franchise company called Dominic's of New York^®. Her responsibility was to create and market new products for the franchised locations.  Realizing the market for these products went well beyond just the franchised location,  Diane established Fiabella Foods, LLC and purchased the Branded Products Division of Dominic's of NewYork^®. As president of Fiabella Foods, LLC, Diane is poised to take her company to new heights.
